Privacy Policy
This policy explains how Caroleo Technology Ltd (trading as Ctech UK / D-Hub) handles personal data collected through this website. Last updated 6 May 2026.
This is a starting point — not finalised legal text. It will be reviewed by a UK GDPR practitioner before public launch.
Who we are
This website (d-hub.uk) is operated by Caroleo Technology Ltd (“Ctech UK”, “we”, “us”), a company registered in England and Wales. For the purposes of UK GDPR, Caroleo Technology Ltd is the data controller for personal data submitted through this site.
You can contact us about this policy at anthony@caroleo.co.uk.
What we collect
We aim to collect as little personal data as possible. The site currently collects:
- Demo request form submissions. Your name, work email, practice name, practice size and any message you send via the demo request form on d-hub.uk/demo.
- Server logs. Standard request logs (IP address, requested URL, user agent, timestamp), kept for security and performance monitoring by our hosting provider, Cloudflare.
- Cookies. Essential cookies only at present. Analytics or marketing cookies will only be set after we ask you for consent.
How we use your data
We use the information you provide on the demo request form to:
- Contact you to arrange a demo of D-Hub;
- Tailor the demo to the size and needs of your practice;
- Send a single follow-up message after the demo if appropriate.
Our lawful basis for processing this data is legitimate interests (responding to your enquiry about our product). We do not sell or share your data with third parties for marketing.
How we store your data
Demo request data is sent by transactional email (currently using Resend) to our team and stored in our internal records. The website itself is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Both providers process data within or in line with UK adequacy frameworks.
How long we keep it
We keep demo enquiry data for up to 24 months from the date of your enquiry, to help us follow up appropriately. After that period, the data is deleted. You can ask us to delete it sooner at any point.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you have rights including: the right to be informed, to access, to rectify, to erase, to restrict processing, to data portability, and to object. To exercise any of these, email anthony@caroleo.co.uk.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO).
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The “last updated” date at the top of this page will reflect any change.
